Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Limited edition or custom-made items
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at returns@liftaclub.com with your order number
  2. Include the reason for return and photos if applicable
  3. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack your items securely and ship them back to us

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@liftaclub.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
